Put in quotations everything you take from the text as it was in it.
2.
Paraphrase, what means "a restatement of a text or passage giving the
meaning in another form, as for clearness; rewording", dictionary, (n.d).
When you paraphrase you must keep just the idea but not change just a few
words.
3.
If you are going to paraphrase you should to read over what you want to
paraphrase and don not see the original text while you are paraphrasing. In
this way you are not going to feel tempt to see the text as a guide.
