   The example or situation closest I have seen on plagiarism has been at schools where students have taken advantage of valuable sources like books or internet to take from there much or all the information for developing their schools assignments throughout the year doing copy paste.

   The lack of values ​​such as honesty is the main cause of this problem so often. On the other hand teachers often unwittingly are complicit in this failure already receiving the homework and do not verify the bibliographic sources consulted or not rather as students should be punished, for that is students continue doing plagiarism. However, I must stress that often neither teachers are trained to teach their students how to use the APA format.

   A solution, not immediate but effective, for me, would be to educate children about the importance of learning, teaching them the value of honesty and that doing plagiarism they are never going to learn, which is the purpose of schools, to tech students.
